3. Are your staff kept safe during the training?

Instructors need qualifications as well as experience providing adult education classes to do a fantastic job teaching fall arrest training. It’s not good enough for you to assume that everyone providing a course is qualified to do so. Spend a bit of time to ask about industry certifications & experience before choosing an instructor or company that you will trust with the safety of your staff.
Instructors also need training in assessing students. Simply because they know the skills involved in safety and can convey them well does not necessarily mean they know how to test and evaluate student performance.
