Yes, when properly implemented. FleetWatch Systems is used to identify problem driving trends before they become serious incidents. This program is designed to educate and retain drivers before accidents occur and before a driver has to be terminated due to accident rate, citations, or bad driving behavior in general. Also, you can reward your drivers for safe driving. Do your parks generate any local jobs?
Yes, each park will employ approximately 60 – 75 people depending upon the facilities and size of the project. About 60% of these jobs are full time. Examples of the type of employees are; General Manager, Food Service Manager, Group Events Director, Sports Coordinators, Maintenance, Food Service Staff, etc.Please send your resume to our General Manager Adelle Robinson (). I am a high school student interested in becoming an intern at KTUH. How do I go about doing that?
We have a ‘summer only’ internship program for those in high school, but our needs and capabilities are constantly changing with every semester. Who is the CPI Department?
CPI is an acronym for Compliance, Permits, & Inspections Department. These are paid employees of the Ocean Pines Association, hired by the General Manager. As staff, these employees assist the Board-appointed Architectural Review Committee with administrative tasks such as archiving records to our personal resident folders, during normal business hours providing guidance for the change process/forms/fees process. What happens if I am going away on holiday?
Many of our clients use this time for the cleaner to still come in and carry out some more in depth cleaning jobs that would not normally be covered in a general weekly clean. If you are not happy for the cleaner to hold keys, our customer services manager can arrange to hold them for you and hand them out to your cleaner to do the job, and then take them back again.The National Eye Institute (NEI) is one of the Federal government’s National Institutes of Health.
