How easy is it getting an on-campus job in the first semester ?
Most of the on-campus jobs depend on factors such as availability, duration of the job, and (I hate writing this, but its true) – your luck at being in the right place at the right time ! The procedure that you have to follow for such jobs is to fill out application at a few places in school, but there are no fixed qualifications for these jobs – most of them are jobs which anyone can do, and don’t need any special skills.Variety is the spice of life.

What is a work credit?
A work credit is a numerical value assigned to the many jobs that must be done to keep the club functioning. “Collecting” 6 work credits is one of the requirements to being eligible for a club award – for obtaining a title. Have you ever had any other jobs besides being a writer?
Yes. Before high school I was a babysitter and exercise instructor.During high school, I worked in a department store. In college I worked at many jobs: as a salesgirl in a bridal department, checker at a hardware store, secretary, and teacher’s assistant. After college, I was a bilingual Head Start teacher. Then I was a wife and a mother. After I received my master’s degree, I was a director of an early childhood program. Then I became a writer.

What are the different types of jobs that parents do?
The jobs range from various administrative tasks, to maintaining the physical plant, to teaching Movement or Music. The Executive Committee is comprised of two Co-Coordinators, two Treasurers, a Secretary, a UPK Coordinator, a Teacher Liaison and a Records/Executive Committee Assistant. Other jobs include Fundraising, Indoor/Outdoor Coordinators, Communications Coordinator, Recruitment, purchasing Snacks, purchasing Supplies, serving as Health Department Liaison, and serving as Trip Coordinator.Variety is the spice of life. What careers have the most? And most importantly. is there any data/survey ranking careers according to how mundane/varied they are by the people that do them? Where can I make copies?
For copies of handouts, syllabi, tests, etc., pick up a duplicating request form on the table outside the Mailroom and submit your request in advance. Please allow three days for normal requests. You may obtain a copy code from the Dean’s Executive Secretary. This code may be used on the copier in the hallway on the second floor of Building 1 (outside the Business Office Window). Each user has a limit of 125 pages for each period with codes changed on Monday and Thursday of each week.Variety is the spice of life. What careers have the most? What did Estelle do before she became a famous actress?
She worked as a Secretary for a lawyer and at a paper company, among several other jobs, while raising two children and nurturing an acting career!
