I can understand that if you hear the word simple that you may want to beat me over the head with a stick. This is especially so when it comes to belly fat, as it can be really stubborn. We all would like to magically get rid of it over night.
Furthermore it is really important that you understand that belly fat can be really bad for you, not only does it look bad but it can also contribute to other health complications such as diabetes and heart disease.
The word simple of course can bring about the impression that something is easy to do and that is not always the case. What’s more important is to understand what to do so as to get the best results.
Watch what you eat, food is energy and if you burn less energy than you take in then you are going to put on weight and particularly around your tummy.
Because of this you need to learn about what you are eating, what fuel do you put in your body, how does it affect your body and what foods would work better for better energy and less weight gain.
You know what they say, “variety is the spice of life” and no where is this more effective than when it comes to exercise. As mentioned you do not want your body to get used to some routine, variety breaks up routine helping you to burn more energy on demand. This way your body will store less fat for future use.
There are varieties of exercises that you can do along with cardio training to pack that extra punch and after a heavy meal if you can go for a nice brisk walk it will help to burn up some of that energy you took in while eating.
To sum it up, I know it is easy for me to say that all this is simple, but trust me when you get out there and start exercising and eating better you will start to really feel great.
