4 foods that lead to aging!

No-one wants to age prematurely and everyone would prefer to look young and healthy for as long as they can. We live in an overly superficial society where anti aging techniques and products are big business. But did you know that the foods you are eating may well be accelerating your aging, and making you look 5 or even 10 years older than you should?

In this very short article I am going to be looking at 4 common foods that will be causing you to age prematurely. Lets take a look:

Food 1 – Wheat

Despite what you may have been led to believe, wheat is actually massively damaging to the body for various different reasons. What we are talking about here is our blood sugar levels, and anything that causes a spike in these levels will cause damage and premature aging. Now, wheat has been revealed to contain a carb called Amylopectin-A and this causes massive blood sugar spikes. Regulate your blood glucose and you’ll naturally prevent this accelerated aging.

Food 2 – Corn products

Different corn products such as corn chips, corn cereal, corn syrup, and corn oil contain high fructose corn syrup, or HFCS. This also has a massive impact on your blood sugar, but on top of this cause a huge imbalance in your bodies levels of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. This, in turn, can lead to inflammation which causes further premature aging.

Food 3 – Sugar and sugary products

Ok, so far we have talked about the negative effect of spiking our blood sugar levels and, naturally, sugar based products are going to have a negative impact on this. Not only should you be avoiding such products but you should also sterr clear of certain starchy foods as well that also have this effect.

Food 4 – Vegetable oils.

Vegetable oils like canola oil, soybean oil corn oil, and so on will have gone through a refining process under very high temperatures and this basically causes the polyunsaturated fats in the oil to become very inflammatory within the body. This, in turn, leads to the production of free radicals which damage the cells and cause aging, as well as a host of other health problems.

Avoid these 4 major foods and you’ll be well on your way towards avoiding the onset of aging. You need to realise that your diet is extremely important in this process and what you eat will determine not only your weight, but how you feel and look in terms of your age as well.
